Today was my 18-mile long run.  It was actually scheduled for yesterday, but I shifted it to today because my mom had the wee beasts last night, and I knew that I could get most of the run in before they even returned home. So I made the decision to run today instead of yesterday.  You know, for my kids.

I am a maker of poor decisions, friends.   In fact, let me just put the blame squarely where it belongs:  because of my children, I make poor decisions.
